How Receiving & Shipping Works

Send Your Purchases
Shop with your preferred sellers and have your sports cards, comic books, and other approved collectibles shipped to the California address provided with your account instructions.

We Receive & Document Your Items
We open your package, identify its contents, and document your purchases according to your Basic or Advanced Receiving service. Your items are then placed in secure storage.

Receive Your Email
Once receiving is complete, we’ll email you a link to your shipment details. Follow the link to review the products received.

Select What You Want Shipped
When you’re ready, select the received products you want shipped and proceed to checkout. You can leave other purchases in storage for a later shipment.

Choose Shipping & Pay
At checkout, confirm your delivery address, choose from the available shipping services, and pay the applicable service fees and postage.

We Pack & Dispatch
We consolidate your selected purchases, pack them protectively, and dispatch them using your chosen shipping service.

90 Days of Free Storage
Each incoming package includes 90 days of free storage from its arrival date. Continue collecting while your purchases are held securely. Storage fees apply after 90 days as listed on our Service Fees page.
No Consolidation Fee
Combine purchases from multiple sellers into one shipment. Consolidation and standard protective packing are included, with service fees and postage paid at checkout.

- A carrier’s delivery confirmation means your package has arrived. Please wait for our receiving email before proceeding to your shipment details.
- Ask sellers to package purchases securely for their journey to our warehouse.
- Review your received products and contact us about any discrepancies before checking out.
- Let us know about special handling requests before shipment preparation begins.
- Contact us before arranging deliveries from outside the United States so we can confirm receiving requirements.
